Are you an Internet service provider?
Answer: No - We provide the hardware (equipment) to get you connected to the Internet via 4G/LTE Wifi. 4G/LTE is a service provided by a mobile phone network provider such as EE, 3, Vodafone and O2, we simply survey your holiday home and advise you of the best equipment to use and quote you a price including installation and setting-up.

Am I renting or buying the equipment?
Answer: Buying, You are purchasing the hardware from JayNET to provide Wifi to your Holiday home. JayNET will sell you the recommended hardware for your location including advising the best network provider for your location, As per your permission we will install,setup & configure your hardware so that your are able to enjoy Wifi.

Does this mean I have to take another Sim contract out?
We survery your holiday home using our data collected for the area, the servey will let us know which 4G network provider works best, unfortuntenley some 4G Wifi service do require a contract, however there is a lot of network providers now providing data packages on a monthly PAYG with no contracts, we will advice which are the best options after your survey, the choice is 100% upto you which provider you wish to use.

Is there any other monthly charges?
Answer: No - You purchase your equipment from JayNET which you own, we install and setup at an agreed price, you then simply use your chosen 4G network provider and pay their monthly charge.

Is your equipment locked into one network provider?
Answer: No, all our 4G Wifi equipment is open to all UK networks providers so you can change providers anytime.

What guarantees are there with regards to connection speeds?
Answer: None, We are not able to offer any guarantees with regards to your chosen network providers download and upload speeds, as this is a wireless connection from your networks mobile mast to your holiday home connection speeds will vary for a number of reasons including electrical interference, Network congestion (peak times),the weather & your network providers service status (hardware issues). This applies to all providers using Wifi as a source for the Internet whether its a local WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) provider, Starlink or Wifi from your holiday site there will unfortuntely be issues beyond anyones control.
